The Wisconsin Hospice and Palliative Care Collaborative (WHPCC) is a partnership of the state’s five leading nonprofit hospice and palliative care organizations: Adoray Home Health & Hospice, Hospice Alliance, Rainbow Community Care, Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and Unity Hospice. The goal of this partnership is to improve the patient experience and quality of care while demonstrating value to the market by achieving improved clinical outcomes and cost savings.
Together, WHPCC member organizations currently serve 11% of Wisconsin’s Medicare hospice patients and cover a broad geographic service area that spans 35 counties, home to 80% of the Badger State’s 5.8 million residents as well as most of its biggest cities.
