Our mission is to serve our members in an environment where their individuality and dignity are well nurtured. Our organization was founded in 2016 by Bashar Qedan. His vision supported the ability to provide a family-like environment by offering residents both physical and emotional comfort and support. Open Arms Assisted Living is located in Racine, Wisconsin, and operates 24 residential homes. Our vision is that of the staff and management; we treat all HCBS members like extended family. Open Arms Assisted Living serves residents with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities.
