Senior Living Advocates is a Healthcare company which provides advocacy, nurse case management, consultation and care services for seniors and their caregivers. Our Nurse Advocates develop care plans and ensure our clients are supported in navigating a complicated healthcare system. We conduct home safety, medication, nutritional, and social need assessments. We arrange and attend medical appointments, communicate with physicians/providers, set up support care services, and provide consultation on conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
For our clients who are exploring senior living, we provide consultation and tour assistance with Independent, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities. We also have a specialized senior living check-in service which is done by a Nurse Advocate. Additionally, Senior Living Advocates now offers an inservice training program helping Home Health care and Assisted Livings meet the requirements of state regulations. We service all of Massachusetts.
