Felicity Hospice and Home Health provides quality end-of-life care to residents in our community. Our organization provides physical, emotional, and spiritual care to patients with a life limiting illness.
Felicity offers quality end-of-life care to patients and their families in the home, nursing home, assisted living facilities, and the Compassionate Care Center. Our Dedicated staff also provides two outreach programs: Palliative Care Plus and Bereavement Outreach.
