Wellbeing Ventures builds on and shares the learning from Wellbeing Teams.
Wellbeing Teams was a national provider organisation that ran for 4 years supporting people to live well at home and be part of their community. We were rated Outstanding by CQC, and multi-award winning for Value Based Recruitment.
We now support others to set up Wellbeing Teams, and share our learning and experiences through consultancy and training, in three main areas:
1) Designing and delivering person-centred support
This includes learning what matters to the person, developing clear outcomes, using the Support Sequence to find creative ways to deliver outcomes, and person centred reviews to reflect on progress and make change. We can support you to rethink paperwork, use Working Together for Change to develop your annual strategic plan and show you how to bring policies and procedures to life if a fresh way. For more information email Ben@wellbeingteams.org
2) Supporting Teams to develop greater trust, autonomy and wellbeing.
This includes Value Based Recruitment and Retention, how to address the issues that are getting in the way of the team doing their best work, help people to bring their whole selves to work, and introduce Confirmation Practices, Positive and Productive Meetings, Implementing Team Agreements, and using Compassionate Communication to create a compassionate culture. Contact Michelle@wellbeingteams for more information.
3) Developing and testing new approaches.
We are exploring a radical new way to support managers at work in the NHS and Social Care. This includes a fresh way to think about L & D. Contact helen@wellbeingteams.org for more information.
Finally, we are contributing to the work of the charity Community Circles to re-conceptualise volunteering, and community contributions (and it involves gin!). Please get in touch with Helen if you want to know more.
