With over 20 years of experience, we here at Cloran Home Health Services provide coordinated and comprehensive health care to home bound clients who need & require health care services in their own home. Our services contribute to the patients health and well being to restore the patient to their maximum function. We arrange for Physical Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker to come visit the patient at their primary residence. We use whatever resources necessary to make sure that the patient is receiving all medical supply (diapers, wheelchair, walker, etc.,) pharmacy needs, and medical attention.
