Aspire365 delivers a flexible, patient-centered, 12-month, in-home mental health and substance use treatment program that allows patients to recover in the comfort of their own home. At Aspire365, patients in early recovery continue to work, remain connected with friends and family, and build lasting relationships, as they begin to thrive in the communities in which they live. Aspire365 provides wraparound services including, psychiatry, psychotherapy, nursing, case management, family therapy, family support, peer support, and support groups—all which position our clients to maintain long-term stable recoveries from the complex mental health and substance use challenges they face.
Following the 12-month, in-home recovery program, success rates increase to over 70 percent. Aspire365 allows our clients to LIVE, WORK and THRIVE while receiving the care they need.
