Our team is designed and made up of wonderful clinicians who love patient care. They are trained on special tactics to help individuals feel comfortable and safe with our team. We provide specialized training to our staff specifically on PTSD, anxiety, stress management, fall prevention, medication management, disease management, IVs,/infusions, and how to handle difficult situations. Some of our referral sources have said “I know that I can send our most difficult patients to Brighten because their staff are trained to handle hard situations and do a great job.” “Brighten is a preferred company because of their special care.” Another thing that sets us apart is the experience on our team. We have a team that has been in Home Health for many years knows what we are doing and has a very solid foundation in this industry particularly. We have spent countless hours working with Veterans providing them care, and resources, finding placement for several of our patients and keeping them off the streets or moving into a higher level of care, helped them coupe in a new world by offering and educating them on healthcare, medication management, chronic disease management, safety, and accessing a variety of resources. Our team has spent a lot of time donating, volunteering, and building communion within our community.
