A Better Solution’s care providers are our employees and are bonded, covered by Worker’s Compensation insurance and are required to successfully pass a rigorous criminal background screening fro your peace of mind. At a Better Solution, customer service drives everything we do. We take pride in delivering service promptly and compassionately to each and every client. We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
We offer caregiving services including personal care, companion care, and homemaker services. We also offer care management to coordinate client care and provide education and facilitate connection to community resources. We provide Placement Services at no charge to our clients as well as transportation services for those needing assistance getting to appointments, outings, shopping and errands.
