The Mission of The Farmington Valley VNA, Inc. is to provide and facilitate Home Care and Hospice services for the post-acute care patient, as well as to remain committed to offering Community-Based Wellness Programs, with a primary focus on healthy living and wellness within its service area.
Since 1908, the Farmington Valley VNA has provided in-home health care services and community-based wellness programs to local residents, regardless of insurance limitations or ability to pay. Our free-standing, non-profit agency is not affiliated with any large health care organization and operates without corporate ownership or hospital oversight, and has maintained a “HomeCare Elite” designation among the top agencies in the nation since 2012.
