Visiting Nurse & Community Care(VNCC)is a non-profit organization, that has been providing
home health care and community health programs for more than a century. VNCCprovides the following services to meet the care needs of someone at home: Skilled Nursing, Skin & Wound Care, IV Therapy
Physical Therapy, Pre-op Care for Total Joint Replacements, Orthopedic Care, Cardiac Care, Diabetic Management, Palliative Care and a Bridge to Hospice Program, Neurological Disease Management and Rehabilitation.
Community Programs are available to any group requesting an event whether a blood pressure
clinic for community members or a monthly in-service at a facility. Various events are held
regularly, and a full listing is available on our website at www.gmvna.com.
Community Programs include: Health Screenings, Elder Outreach, Caregiver Support, Health Education
Corporate Wellness and Flu Vaccines.
