Turning Points Home Health Services, LLC provides non-medical home health aide and companion services to seniors, elderly, mentally challenged, and physically challenged adults and children. We also serve clients transitioning back home from in assisting-living setting or from a hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation facility.
