Smile Health Care is a Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) agency located in St. Paul. Smile Health Care (SHC) offers specially tailored support services to older adults and people with disabilities. These non-medical services are meant to offer support to underserved community members, as they remain in their own homes and spaces. SHC operates through a lens of cultural competency and linguistic accessibility, and aims to help older adults and people with disabilities stay in their own homes and communities, where they can live with dignity and be surrounded by people they love, doing things they love to do.
