We are West Monroe’s only locally owned home health company. We provide in-home nursing, therapy, aide, and medical social worker services. We center our focus on improving safety at home, helping patients manage their treatment, post surgical healing and rehabilitation and as a result reduce emergency room visits, hospitalizations and surgical complications.
