Senior Choice at Home is a proactive choice for vibrant and healthy senior adults, designed to protect seniors and their families from the uncertainties of future health care needs. Our membership-based program provides comprehensive long-term care and personal care coordination services for older adults enabling them to live independently at home while protecting their financial assets. Similar to a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), applicants join with a one-time membership fee and an associated monthly service fee that will ensure future care in their home.
Senior Choice at Home initiated the legislation enabling CCRCs to provide a comprehensive program of coordinated long-term care services for seniors who prefer to stay in their homes as they age. It is the only program of its kind in Southwest Florida. As a member, seniors receive care in their own home with the support of a Personal Care Coordinator.
