Founded in 2010, Providence Hospice and Home Care Foundation of Snohomish County is unique in that it serves one purpose: to support our patients, their families and the hundreds of Providence Caregivers who serve them every day. That work is a direct reflection of our commitment to the Providence Promise: Know me, care for me, ease my way. We fulfill that promise by serving our patients and their families regardless of their ability to pay and by providing additional assistance to our patients who find themselves in significant need. The Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization guided by a volunteer Board of Trustees.
