Preferred Care Services is a non-medical, in-home care agency specializing in serving the unique needs of the growing senior population. We also serve individuals with physical disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities, mental health issues and short-term physical recovery needs. We provide companionship, socialization, bathing assistance, toileting assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, laundry assistance, medication reminders, nutritional support, meal planning/meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation to appointments, social events and shopping, and so much more!
We are not a big box franchise that markets to get higher client numbers. We are small, family-oriented and individual-oriented. Our Director of Client Services will come and meet individuals for an assessment and then assist families in developing a care plan to meet their individual needs. The Director of Client Services oversees all care and remains in communication with individuals and families from day one and on. We keep it personalized and that is what makes us stand out from the rest.
We are very eager to meet with individuals and assist them in any way we can. We firmly believe that each individual should be treated as the unique person that they are. Our services are developed around their needs, wishes, preferences and guidelines. We preserve the right to choose and right to decide how much versus how little assistance is needed. We will remain by your side as long as we are needed and are willing to change the plan whenever it is requested, to meet the changing needs of individuals.
