Here are some key facts about our company: in 2003 Peak Form PT was founded in Boulder, Colorado and expanded east to Brighton in 2007. In 2015, our Brighton facility moved into a newly remodeled 6000 sq ft state-of-the-art Medical Clinic. It allowed us to add Occupational Medicine, and a full array of Employment Testing Services to our strong Physical Therapy Department.
As an industry recognized leader in employment testing, Peak Form utilizes Functional Employment Testing to help employers reduce injuries, lower workers’ comp costs and boost workplace morale. Our evaluations ensure that people are physically capable to perform the job they are being hired. In addition, we assist employers in implementing programs that hold employees accountable for maintaining fitness.
We offer a full suite of rehabilitation care including occupational and physical therapy. All our physical therapists are fully licensed and are members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Longer sessions are standard: we never skimp on the time it takes to provide expert compassionate treatment and education on rehab and recovery.
