At Graceful Hands Caregiving, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, non-medical caregiving services tailored to the needs of seniors and individuals requiring support. Owned and operated by Pam Hawkins, our journey began in 2018 when Pam launched her own housecleaning business. This experience sparked a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of those in her community.
In 2022, Pam faced a personal challenge when her own parents required home care assistance due to the effects of aging. After several attempts with Carelinx, they found the perfect caregiver, which illuminated the profound difference that quality support can make in someone’s life. During this time, Pam’s husband also expressed concern for his mother, aunt, and uncle in Pueblo, who were struggling with health issues and daily tasks. With a shared hope to find the right caretaker for them, Pam was inspired to expand her caregiving efforts.
In May 2023, Pam began contracting with Carelinx, focusing on accepting Kaiser patients. She quickly discovered a deep enjoyment for working closely with her clients, which further motivated her to establish Graceful Hands Caregiving.
