Nurse Next Door® recently announced the grand opening of its newest location in Windsor-Essex County and surrounding communities. Our award-winning Vancouver based franchise was brought to our community by local franchise partner Shannon Masse. Shannon has extensive experience as a senior homecare provider with long-term residents and is passionate about bringing “Happier Aging®” to this community during a much-needed time.
After 12 years as a Nurse working with seniors in nursing homes and currently working as an Emergency room Nurse, Shannon Masse was looking for a new way to support her community and to bring happiness to senior residents. When Shannon found Nurse Next Door, it was the perfect match.
Shannon was inspired to start her own local business in this area and was drawn in by the Happier Aging® approach to senior care at Nurse Next Door®. Her goal is to keep our seniors in our Windsor-Essex community living at home for as long as possible, revolutionize nursing for the better and to get our clients back to doing the things they love.
Nurse Next Door® doesn’t just provide home health care services to seniors! We serve the entire age spectrum – from newborn babies to the average adult – our services can help you with your unique individual nursing needs. While our specialty is in providing Happier Aging® experiences to seniors, what makes us different is that we also provide aid to children or adults with special needs and/or disabilities, as well as post-operative care, health checks, and other care services.
