J&M Homecare Services is a licensed, full service, professional Home Care Organization (HCO). Our mission is to provide premium, non-medical homecare and living assistance services to individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, we work in collaboration with acute care providers to reduce patient readmissions and improve patient outcomes.
As a homecare provider that has served the Greater Bay Area since 2001, we understand the stress and anxiety that can arise when a family member or loved one is in need of additional care, assistance, or companionship. For this reason, we believe in the importance of communicating with clients and their families to ensure each person is receiving the personalized and attentive care that fits their needs.
