Heartfelt Cares, LLC works with clients and their families to provide home care in the form of skilled nursing, personal services – such as bathing, toileting, grooming, mobility, and incontinence – and household help including meal preparation and pet care. Our clients – senior citizens and the disabled – benefit from highly compassionate, friendly, and well-trained staff in the Akron, Fairlawn, Kent, and areas beyond.
We work with Medicaid, Medicare, long-term care insurance, and Heartfelt is a participant in the My Care Ohio program, along with numerous other payer sources.
