GRANITE HOUSE OF HELP LLC is a Licensed Home Health Care Agency that provides several medical services and nonmedical monitored supervision in patient’s home or in a public or private facility such as Nursing homes, Assisted living facility.
GRANITE HOUSE OF HELP LLC, “GHH” provides a permanent service with our professional staffing bilingual, Caregivers, Licensed Nursing Assistants, Certified Nurses’ Aides, and Case Managers working at patient’s paces.
OUR SERVICES:
1. PCSP: Advanced Personal Care service in patient’s homes and at a setting Nursing home facility.
2. Home Health Aides (HHAs)
3. Transportation service to our clients by our professional staffing with a very good driving record in a reliable vehicle fully covered.
3. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs, LNA’s Services).
4. Skilled caregivers’ services such as:
Medication setups and administration,
Wound care, Post surgery care
Teaching and training,
IV Therapy and other Skilled Services.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Register Nurse Supervision
5. Follow up Case Management by resourcing our clients to overcome
the challenge on their goal.
