In that, we mean, as a home health agency we strive to provide multi-disciplinary home health care services and render them to a diversified community in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties, regardless of recipient’s race, religion, age, sex, disabilities or ethnic background. Every service we provide is performed under a physician’s order and is supervised by our professionals and administered from initial consultation to recovery or treatment goals. Progress report and/or communication with the physician is provided as often as needed or required to assist in the update and evaluation of the patient’s Plan of Care.
