Frontier Therapy was founded in 2016, in order to provide quality physical and occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. Frontier Therapy is currently in Sacramento and the Bay Area and recruits only the most competent and caring therapists to serve patient’s needs. We have extensive access to experienced Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists; as well as nurses trained in-home health to supply the best care possible. We have many specialties, languages, and experience levels available to provide a custom treatment plan based on individual patient needs.
