Our Story
A home health service to consumers in the comfort of their own home, and out of hospitals and institutions. As a mother of a child with a physical disability, I know firsthand how important these services are to our consumers. Freedom Home Health Care is owned by a small town Iowa girl who values service, trust, and peace of mind. I named this agency “Freedom Home Health Care” to offer Choice and the Freedom for consumers to stay in his/her own home and offer guidance and support to make that happen. This is my opportunity to give back to my community who supported my family and gave me the freedom to raise my child in his own home.

Freedom Home Health Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive home health services of highest quality to clients in the community setting demonstrating compassion and respect for each person without regard to race, gender,color, creed, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, religion, diagnosis or socio-economic status within the constraints of maintaining financial viability.
