(FCHHS) offers a wide range of services mainly to adults who require home care services. Those services include Personal Care, Respite Care, Home Maker, Long Term Care, and Skilled Nursing Services.
Through the support of case managers, physicians, family members, and the Home care team we can assist our patients to recover safely and more independently. The aide allows our patients to maintain their regular daily activities in the comfortable surroundings of their own home.
