Excel Rehabilitation Services is a Physcial Therapist owned and operated outpatient facility. While we primarily provide physical therapy services, we also provide speech services. We enjoy working with our vets!
Our Philosophy of Helping You Accomplish Your Goals includes: providing patient centered, personalized care, one to one time with the therapist, and resources/referrals to help meet our patients’ total needs.
We also have the services of an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) available to assist our therapists and patients with meeting these needs. We now have AMPEDUP, our Amputee Support Group.
