ESCORT HOME CARE provides non- medical aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, mentally challenged and physically challenged adults.
Through coordinated care and support for clients and their families, ESCORT HOME CARE enables individuals to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home environments for as long as possible.
ESCORT HOME CARE also serves clients transitioning back home from an assisted living setting or from a hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
Our aides and companions visit our clients in their homes as often as necessary. For short visits or 24 hours a day, they provide the emotional support, caregiver assistance, light housekeeping and companionship to help seniors, elderly, mentally and/ or physically challenged adults function independently in their own home environment.
Our companions and aides acts as caregiver and friend when family members or loved ones can not be present. This enables families and friends to have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is getting the attention they deserve, the companionship they desire and the carr they need to remain safe in their home.
