Our broad community of members is composed of healthcare professionals trained amongst a variety of services to include social workers, chaplains, volunteers, physical therapists, physicians, nurses and CNA’s. We provide in-home services to include observation and assessment, skilled nursing care, pain and symptom management, caregiver education, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, guidance on advanced directives and other planning, emotional and spiritual support, bereavement support and grief counseling. Edisto Home Care & Hospice addresses the needs of the whole individual-physical, emotional, and spiritual, with in-home skilled medical care. Our team provides care concentrated amongst dignity, comfort, and an improved quality of life for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
