CPESN Networks, also known as CPESN® USA, is a nationwide organization of community pharmacy networks focused on enhancing community-based pharmacy practice across the United States. Established in 2016, it includes 48 local networks in 45 states and the District of Columbia, representing over 8,500 pharmacy providers and serving approximately 85% of the U.S. population.
As a clinically integrated network, CPESN USA promotes coordinated, patient-centered care to improve medication use and health outcomes while lowering healthcare costs. Member pharmacies offer a variety of enhanced services, such as medication optimization, immunizations, comprehensive medication reviews, and personalized patient counseling. The organization also supports pharmacies in engaging in entrepreneurial activities through Special Purpose Programs, which expand service offerings and revenue opportunities. CPESN’s mission is to improve the quality of care and reduce costs in local communities by integrating independent pharmacies into the broader healthcare system.
