Phillip Carroll – Owner / PT A native of Ruston, Phillip graduated from University of South Alabama in Physical Therapy. He has been a home health physical therapist for 19 years. Kelley Kimble – Owner / OT A resident of Farmerville, Kelley received his degree in Occupational Therapy from Norheast Louisiana University, now known as ULM. Kelley has been practicing OT, both in an inpatient facility and in the health setting for over 16 years. Our Goals To restore health to patients that have been placed under our care. To enable patients, families, and caregivers to maximize care skills and their understanding of the disease process through education. To encourage patients and families to participate in decision making about healthcare options. To provide an economical method to initiate the restoration of health. To provide an alternative to institutionalized care to assist patients and families in coping with the disease process.
