CARE TEAM, a State licensed Home Health Agency (HHA202190951 & HHA299994578), has been providing Skilled and Non-Skilled nursing, home healthcare and medical personnel services throughout West-Central Florida since 1988. Our licensure, encompassing an 11 county area (and growing), allows us to provide Skilled and Non-Skilled nursing services in the patient’s home or place of residence. Our newest office, located in Leesburg, Florida, has received acreditation thru ACHC and is proudly serving the northern reaches of West-Central Florida thru the Ocala area.
From day one, thirty-years ago, Care Team has been owned and managed locally by the Stoker Family, whom all reside in and around the Tampa Bay Area. Care Team is now experiencing it’s third generation of Stokers managing and assisting in our daily operations. This personal commitment in the daily operations of our company has proved vital in our assurance that our customers and our caregivers are properly treated, listened too and respected.
