Care in the Home was founded in 1989 by Ruth Friedman as a private duty home caregiver agency. Over time our organization has grown to include skilled Medicare services such as nursing and therapy. Just this year, we also added Medical Home Visits which provides “house calls” by a nurse practitioner. As our capability to serve our community continues to grow, we continue to focus on our fundamental principles of professional expertise and ethics, best practices in delivering care, and a mission to serve our clients as we would our own family.
