Care at Home is a Medicare Certified home health agency serving patients in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 15 years. Care at Home coordinates closely with physicians, hospitals and other health providers to provide comprehensive nursing, therapies and social services that enable medically fragile clients to remain safely at home. In addition, Care at Home’s separate certified Respite organization cares for clients with developmental disabilities.
