Our Hospice services program is flexible; whether you are looking for, RNs to do Admissions, Continuous care, or LVNs and CHHAs for Continuous care; we can and are ready to accommodate your requests.
Members of our interdisciplinary team include:
Registered Nurses: Registered Nurses for admissions and Continuous care who coordinates the delivery of care. The nurse keeps the patient and family informed, going over the illness, how it’s progressing and what to expect as time goes on.
Licensed Vocational Nurses: For Continuous care and Palliative support.
Home Health Aides: Aides assist patients with bathing and personal care, care giving relief, Continuous Care and Palliative support.
