Fresno’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a comprehensive wellness program designed to help seniors live independently in their own homes as an alternative to nursing care.
Our network of dedicated health care professionals provide individualized, coordinated care from medical services to medications delivery, from nutritious meals to transportation – all designed to meet a senior’s needs to live a happy, healthy life at home.
Members of the PACE program have access to our senior activities center, comprehensive medical and therapy services, round-trip transportation and caregiver support services all under one roof.
Bakersfield PACE is located near the heart of Bakersfield with non-residential care facility over 25,000 square feet.
