Located in the heart of Central Arkansas, Always Promoting Independence Homecare (API), LLC is a locally owned and operated licensed personal care agency. API was established in 2019 to provide personal care services to individuals in their homes with one goal in mind: Person-centered care. This goal is shared by every member of the API team. We understand everyone’s independence is different and we work to meet clients where they are.
