The goals for Agenacare Community Medicine are to lower healthcare costs, improve medical care, and enable EMS practitioners including Paramedics and Community Paramedics to use their skills and resources to help solve the problems facing healthcare systems and communities. We strive to decrease unnecessary Emergency Room visits and readmission rates through care collaboration and education all while increasing access to quality healthcare, education and community resources.
