RetraceHealth was a primary care startup that pioneered the model of truly accessible care through a combination of video and in-home visits. RetraceHealth offered full-service primary care (from wellness to physicals to chronic disease management) wherever was most convenient for the patient while placing particular emphasis on patient-provider relationships.
Over its 3 years of patient-focused care, RetraceHealth treated thousands of patients with unanimously positive outcomes (100% patient satisfaction and 90.1 NPS). Throughout, RetraceHealth launched innovative programs consistently working to fit all care more seamlessly into the lives of its patients.
