At Home Atlanta, is a Home Care Agency providing non-medical services for the Elderly and those that are Developmentally Disabled. These services are intended to assist clients with activities of daily living that include but are not limited to, daily living support, personal care, medication reminding, housekeeping services, personal laundry, cooking, shopping, assistance in getting to and from appointments, maintenance of household records, companionship and community activities. Services provided may be daily, weekly, short or long term.
Types of Services:
1) Companionship: Providing assistance for numerous daily activities, 1:1 companionship, as well as basic peace of mind for family members to know that a trained quality caregiver is available when they cannot be.
2) Personal Care: To assist in meeting the physical and mental changes of aging in older adults through assistance in the daily activities of life.
3) Skilled Nursing: A person licensed to deliver skilled nursing and assistance (i.e., assessments, service plans, and supervisory visits) and direct supervision of the home care staff).
4) Developmentally Disabled: Providing Residential Services for the Developmentally Disabled.
