At Absolute Home Care, our philosophy of care stems from our commitment to provide the highest quality of home based personalized services which encourage patient independence and offer an alternative to institutionalized care.
The care provided is tailored to the individual.
We provide intermittent or extended term care based on the client’s needs. Care plan is individualized and coordinates seamlessly the patient, family, physician, and the interdisciplinary home care team. At Absolute Home Care we also offer non-skilled services for clients. There is no physician order required for these services.
