Private Care Concept is a community based small business that helps families manage the difficulties of dementia and Alzheimer’s while aging in place. We do everything in our power to support families fulfill their loved one’s wish to age in place. The private care services that we offer include caregiver recruitment and placement, respite care, palliative care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, weekly house visits by a certified care manager, support groups, and access to our e-guidebooks, PLUS free resources on our website. We act as a support group and advocate for you and your loved one because no one should have to go through tough times alone.
