We send professional, qualified clinicians to treat patients with illness and injury in the relaxed atmosphere and familiar surroundings of home and develop a comprehensive plan of care to restore patients to optimal health.
Our Home Health Care Services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, a Medical Social Worker, Home Health Aides to assist with daily activities, such as bathing grooming and dressing assistance, assistance with walking and exercises. Medical diagnostic testings such as X-Ray, EKG, Ultrasound, Doppler, Holter Monitor and blood work performed at the patient’s home.
