Our mission is to support adults with physical disabilities and frail seniors to live independently, with dignity. We live up to this mission by offering two types of service: Community Assisted Living, and Attendant Outreach
This will be accomplished through:

Equity: We believe that everyone should have fair access to the resources and opportunities needed for their success.
