WeCare 365 Adult Foster and Family Care is dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities and elders to live with dignity and independence in their community. WeCare 365 is a community-based, person-centered long-term support service. It is the goal of WeCare 365 to support caregivers, members, and families by empowering them with financial relief and by serving as an alternative to institutional placement.
