Family Caregivers Network is a PA Licensed Non-Medical Home Care Organization serving Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton Counties. FCN provides Nurses, Homemakers, Nurse Aides, Live-In Caregivers, Geriatric Care Managers, and Professional Patient Advocates to families and their loved ones. Tasks include Bathing, Dressing, Meals, Errands, Respite, Transportation, as well as Long Term Care Planning, and Care Management.
We also offer our trademarked C.A.R.E.S… Care, Advocacy, Resource, Education, and Support platform that supports our vision values. Our community outreach educational programs and caregiver support groups aid families in crisis.
Our Safety Program offers Personal Medical Alert Systems, Philips Medication Dispensers, In-Home Safety Assessments by our Geriatric Resource Nurse.
All staff are insured, bonded, and certified trained caregivers.
