Hortus Health was founded by speech language pathologist, Liz Spurlock, with 10 years of experience working in various settings and supporting individuals with a variety of needs. She understands the need for communication, advocacy, and teamwork to provide the highest level of care and support to participants, families, and support staff.
Hortus Health’s mission is to provide personalized care for all individuals with disabilities regardless of abilities, backgrounds, and needs. We strive to respect and respond to personal choices as well as collaborate with families, guardians, and caregivers in shared decision making to create a quality of life that is both productive and inspiring. Through dedicated supports in the home, community, and workplace settings, Hortus Health is committed to providing care that allows individuals to reach their fullest potential with meaningful experiences and community integration.
