Perla Lowery, MSW., founded Touch of Kindness Personal Care (TOKPC) in 2020 after providing in-home care for a family member. As of 2011, her experience extends a decade of knowledge as a caregiver for another agency, while providing care to her clients she attended school and received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas. Touch of Kindness Personal Care is devoted to providing that same level of service for each and every client.
We provide companionship, personal care, respite relief for caregivers, and non-clinical mental health services.
